2 · What data we process and why

We process your data separately depending on how you interact with us:

a) Answering your enquiries (booking assistant, chat and email)

When you use the onboarding assistant at /en/reservar, the support chat or write to us by email, we process the data you provide: the content of the conversation, the structured summary the assistant builds (company, sector, size, challenge, opportunities, next steps and contact email), plus date and time, language, source URL, HTTP referrer, UTM parameters if you arrive from a campaign, and your browser's User-Agent string.

Purpose: answering your enquiry, contacting you and preparing the proposal or session you request. Legal basis: your consent given by ticking the form checkbox (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR). We keep the consent timestamp as evidence.

b) Commercial management and contracted services

If you purchase a service (for example, the Diagnosis), we process your identification, contact, professional and billing data. Purpose: delivering the service, managing the commercial relationship and complying with invoicing obligations. Legal basis: performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and compliance with tax and commercial legal obligations (art. 6.1.c GDPR).

c) Newsletter

We do not currently send a newsletter. If we launch one in the future, you will only receive it if you subscribe voluntarily. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in each email or by writing to us.

d) Web analytics

This website currently uses no analytics cookies or profiling-based measurement services. If we add them, they will only be activated if you accept them in the cookie banner. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), managed through the panel. More detail in the cookie policy.

3 · Recipients and processors

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for commercial purposes. To run the website and deliver our services we rely on the following providers, acting as data processors or technology providers:

  • Vercel Inc. (USA) — website hosting and delivery.
  • Supabase — database and functions storing enquiries and conversations, hosted in Frankfurt, Germany (EU).
  • Anthropic (USA) — generates the responses of the onboarding assistant and the support chat. It processes content to respond and does not use it to train its models.
  • OpenAI (USA) — only if you use the assistant's voice mode: it processes audio for the real-time conversation and its transcription.
  • Resend (USA) — sends our internal email notifications when you submit a request.
  • Google Ireland Ltd. — web font service (Google Fonts) served from its servers when the site loads.

We may also disclose data to public authorities and courts where there is a legal obligation to do so.

4 · International transfers

Some of the providers above process data in the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified and, failing that, by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with additional safeguards such as encryption in transit.

5 · Retention periods

  • Enquiries and requests: 1 year from your last interaction with us, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
  • Clients: for the duration of the contractual relationship plus the applicable statutory tax and commercial limitation periods.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

6 · Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hola@kdkintelligence.com, indicating the right you wish to exercise. We will reply within the statutory deadlines.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, AEPD (www.aepd.es).

7 · Automated decisions and minors

We do not make automated decisions that produce legal effects on you or similarly significantly affect you. The AI assistant only collects and organises the information you give it; commercial decisions are made by people. This website is not aimed at minors and we do not knowingly process minors' data.

8 · Changes to this policy

If we revise this policy, we will update the date shown at the top. Substantial changes will be notified by email to those who have given us their contact details.
