Your commitment and scope
An internal owner coordinates the programme. Each team joins training and practises on its work. Groups, sessions and time commitments are agreed before starting.
We define the areas and processes to address in 90 days, deliverables and how to measure usage, time and quality. We start with your tools; licences and additional development are scoped separately.
Taxes, licences and travel are additional. Your proposal confirms the total price and scope before you commit. You can start directly with any format.

A few clear answers.
Do we start with the tools we already use?
Yes. We review tools, licences and access before recommending purchases. We can assess use cases around Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, ChatGPT or Claude. Configuration and technical dependencies are validated before you commit; an existing-tool use case does not require an in-house IT team.
Do we need technical knowledge?
Not to get started. We adapt training to participants’ roles, experience and tools. Any technical work is agreed with the people responsible beforehand.
Can training take place in person?
Yes, in person or live online. Together we define location, participants, sessions and preparation. Any travel is covered in the proposal.
What can we achieve in one day?
A shared foundation, practice on concrete tasks and a plan to continue. A single day does not implement AI across an entire business. A programme supports integration, adoption and progress measurement.
How do you handle company data?
We agree permitted tools, documents and access before the sessions. We can work with prepared or anonymised examples. Training includes review practices and responsible information use.
Are licences and development included?
Your proposal specifies the configuration and implementation included. Third-party licences, complex integrations and additional development are identified and priced separately where applicable.
