Do we need training first?+
No. You can start directly with the partner model. We begin by understanding your business and agreeing priorities, owners and working capacity.
Is this advisory only, or do you implement too?+
It includes direction and practical work within the agreed scope: training, tool configuration, automation, integrations or development. Deliverables and capacity are defined before you commit.
Who will I work with?+
Your KDK contact leads the work and participates in implementation. If the scope needs other specialists, we agree their involvement, responsibilities and cost with you before starting. The proposal names delivery owners and how continuity is organised.
What does the monthly fee include?+
The €4,000/month reference reserves 24 working hours, including two 90-minute sessions, preparation, delivery and documentation. We work on one active priority and review delivery and capacity each month. Extra capacity requires agreement. Taxes and licences are additional.
Do you work with our providers and tools?+
Yes. We begin with your existing tools, owners and access. We coordinate dependencies with your team or technical provider. If you use Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, ChatGPT or Claude, we assess the use case and licences before recommending changes. You do not need to replace everything.
Can you train several teams within the partner engagement?+
Yes, with agreed groups, practice and capacity. For example, an adoption month can include two groups of up to 20 and two 90-minute workshops per group using an existing workflow. The six workshop hours count towards the same 24 monthly hours and reduce available building time. The plan defines roles, tasks and an independence check; it does not include unlimited company-wide training.
How do we avoid depending on KDK?+
We work in your company’s accounts with agreed access. We share configuration, decisions and documentation throughout the engagement, and teach an internal owner to maintain deliveries. Closing includes handing over the work and removing our access.
What if a large development project comes up?+
We scope it together. It can be planned within your contracted capacity or handled as a separate project with its own scope and budget. The monthly fee does not include unlimited development.
How do you measure progress?+
We agree a baseline and useful metrics for each use case: time spent, quality, team adoption or errors. We review both delivery and adoption, checking improvements against your real work.
Is there a minimum commitment?+
Initial duration, renewal and notice are agreed in your proposal. We also define the handover of documentation, access and completed work when collaboration ends.
