02 The difference

Most AI talks are given by someone who has never built anything.

The room can tell: press examples, other people's demos and an abstract future. Here the cases come from our own projects, with their costs, timelines and failures. The same systems you see in the KDK Intelligence case studies.

01

Production systems, not headlines.

Agents handling customers, software issuing invoices, automated processes. Shown on screen, working.

02

Prepared for your sector.

Before the event we study your industry and build the examples with it. No canned script.

03

An actionable close.

The talk does not end on "the future is exciting" but on three concrete things that audience can do this quarter.

03 Formats

Four formats for an artificial intelligence talk.

If what you need is a team that walks out using AI in their work, rather than just understanding it, the right format is AI training for companies.

01 45–90 min

Conference keynote

Congresses, industry days and association events. A talk that leaves the room with judgement: what is real, what is hype and what is already moving in their industry.

02 Half day

Leadership session

Boards and executive committees. Cases by area, risks, real costs and a roadmap. They leave with priorities and a clear idea of where to invest next quarter.

03 60–120 min

Internal company talk

Kick-offs, conventions and internal days. Aligns the whole workforce on what is about to change in their work, and why AI is here to remove tasks, not people.

04 Custom

Panel and moderation

Taking part in panels or moderating roundtables on applied AI, with questions and context prepared in advance for the other speakers.

06 FAQ

What organisers ask.

How much does it cost to book an AI keynote speaker?

It depends on format and audience. A conference talk is quoted on duration, audience size and travel; in-company training starts at €990 online and €1,900 for a half day on site. Either way the proposal arrives in writing within 48 hours, with the programme adapted to your sector.

What AI topics does Octavian Kneupper speak about?

Applied AI for business: what is actually working in European companies, AI agents in operations, process automation, investment criteria for leadership, and how to move from pilot to production. Every example comes from systems KDK has built, not from press headlines.

Do you tailor the talk to our industry?

Always. Before the event we prepare cases from your industry and adjust the language to the audience: a board meeting is not a sales kick-off. That preparation is included.

Which languages can the talk be delivered in?

Spanish, English, German, French, Italian and Romanian. Useful for international events and companies with subsidiaries outside Spain.

How far in advance should we book?

For fixed event dates, as early as possible: peak season fills up weeks ahead. Send us the date even if it is still tentative and we will hold availability while you close it.

Can the talk be delivered online?

Yes. For digital events and distributed teams the live format works just as well, with the same preparation and a Q&A at the end.
