AI Intensive agenda

One day. A first use case worked through.

An illustrative company AI training agenda: six hours, mixed-level practice, a configured use case and a 30-day roadmap.

An illustrative format sample, with no client data or attributed outcomes. The actual use case and agenda are agreed before you commit.

A SCOPE YOU CAN REVIEW

6 working hours. Up to 20 people.

Before the day: a conversation with the owner, group experience, tools and a prepared use case. Breaks and delivery format are set in the final agenda.

Practice adapted to different starting points.
  3. 120 MIN

Example: an assistant drafting with a template and approved documents. KDK guides configuration in the agreed tool.

A first practical use case the team can test.
  4. 75 MIN

    Review and improve.

Check responses with prepared examples, identify errors and decide where human review is needed.

    Documented review criteria and adjustments.
  5. 45 MIN

    Plan the next 30 days.

Choose an owner, practice tasks and a way to check whether the work is improving.

Guides, resources and a 30-day roadmap.

THE WORK AND KNOWLEDGE STAY WITH YOU

Who does what.

KDK

Prepares the use case and resources, adapts practice to the group and guides configuration and validation during the day.

Your business

One person coordinates preparation. Participants have devices, agreed access and the day for practice. We use prepared or anonymised documents.

At handover

You receive the use case, guides and roadmap. The 30 days are the planning horizon; ongoing support is not included. A programme or partner engagement can be scoped if needed.

The day configures a use case with existing tools. ERP, CRM or proprietary system integrations require separate scope. The session does not implement AI across an entire company.
