Why Lovable rather than React/Next from scratch?
Lovable lets us ship 3–5× faster for internal products and client iterations. When a project genuinely needs full stack control (>100k users scale, specific compliance), we go straight to Next.js + Supabase. We decide in the Diagnosis.
Who owns the code?
You do. Repo lives in your GitHub org from day one. No IP retention, no platform lock-in.
How do you handle scope changes?
Bi-weekly sprint. Small changes get absorbed. Structural changes are quantified and approved before any code is written. No invoice surprises.
What if the AI model changes (Claude → Claude 5)?
Code is designed so swapping a model is a config change, not a rewrite. We keep compatibility and update during the Support sprint.
Do you work with on-prem / private cloud?
Yes, in Pro tier. We've deployed open-source models (Llama, Mistral) on-prem for healthcare and banking clients.
