Context
A developer running 6 simultaneous projects needed photorealistic renders for marketing and sales, but depended on external studios that took 3 weeks per render.
Challenge
Each external render cost €800–1,500 and blocked go-to-market. Minor changes (facade colour, furniture, landscaping) meant 5–10 more days and another invoice. The developer's speed was capped by the renderer's speed.
